On behalf of the World Wind Energy Association and the Italian Wind Energy Association ANEV, we have the pleasure to invite you to join at the 20th World Wind Energy Conference and Exhibition (WWEC2022), taking place on 28-30 June 2022 in Rimini, Italy (www.wwec2022.org). We would be honored by your contribution to a successful international event.
WWEC2022 takes place with the main theme “Collaborating for a Renewable Future” at a time when governments around the world have committed to become climate neutral in the coming years and decades. This goal can only be achieved with an accelerated deployment rate of renewable energy, and in particular with wind power. Accordingly, all sectors of society need to be mobilised and work together, from governments, citizens and communities, businesses, science and academia, civil society etc. Improved collaboration is also required in terms of technologies and geographically. For that purpose, the event will cover the full range of relevant topics, from technology, economics and finance, policies, up to environmental and social aspects.
