WBA is pleased to invite all members to our Annual Meetings 2020 to be held virtually on 06 May 2020.
The CoVid-19 outbreak has been characterized as a pandemic by World Health Organization (WHO) recently. National governments around the world have taken drastic steps to curtail the spread of the virus including limiting or banning international/domestic flights, promoting social distancing and recommendations to avoid organizing or attending large public gathering.
World Bioenergy Association is taking all necessary precautions as recommended by the national health authorities including working from home, avoiding travel etc. However, the Secretariat is functioning normally and we are available to answer any member queries.
Keeping in view the current international situation, World Bioenergy Association has decided to postpone the study trip to Austria indefinitely which was originally planned for 1st week of May. At the same time, considering the guidelines available in WBA statutes, WBA has decided to host the Annual Meetings as a virtual meeting on 06 May 2020. The itinerary of the virtual annual meetings include:

09.30 - 11.00: WBA General Assembly 2020
11.00 - 12.00: WBA Board Meeting (BM50)
