The Fiftieth session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice(SBSTA 50) and the Fiftieth session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation(SBI 50) will be held in Bonn during 17 - 27 June 2018. WBA along with our partners of REN Alliance have proposed a side event at the venue:

Successful interaction between all scales of government and citizens to achieve 100% renewables
The event aims at developing successful strategies for implementation of NDCs on the road to 100% renewable energy by local governments, in close collaboration with their citizens and communities. Resulting recommendations target key interactions between local and national governments and citizens.
Speakers: Panellists will include experts representing local, regional and national governments, community energy initiatives, civil society and the renewable energy community.
