International Advanced Biofuels Conference
Welcome to the International Advanced Biofuels Conference – For Aviation, Maritime and Land Transport!
With the global Paris climate agreement, the focus is now on direct measures. The transport sector in aviation, maritime and land therefore faces big changes in the near future. The biggest challenge is the transition to a sustainable society with biofuels to reduce CO2 emissions – recarbonizing with green carbon.
Swedish Bioenergy Association is organizing the conference 17-19 May 2017 in Gothenburg with partners IEA Bioenergy, f3 Centre and more, pre-conference tour on 17 May.
Speakers and visitors will be leading scientists, researchers, engineers and politicians, as well as representatives from industry, organisations, governments and authorities.

JOIN US FOR GÖTEBORGSVARVET!
After the conference, 20 May, Svebio will lead a campaign during the ”Göteborgsvarvet” half-marathon race in Gothenburg and we hope that you will join us. With more than 64 000 runners and 200 000 dedicated spectators this is the world’s largest half-marathon race. Our message will be: I run on biofuels – let your car do too!
